Dr. Thai and the staff of the Eye Studio would like to inform you that on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 5:00pm, this location will be closing permanently. We have valued your business and the trust that we have built with you over the years here at the Eye Studio. Even though the Eye Studio has closed, Dr. Thai and staff are still available for you at a different location.

• All patient records will be available by calling 407-654-5453 during normal business hours. Please allow 24 hours for your information to be faxed or mailed to the location of your choice.

• All previous patients will receive 50% off regular priced non insurance eye exams on your next visit.
  We accept: Eyemed, Humana’s Vision Care Plan (VCP), Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Aetna at that location.
• If you have Vision Service Plan (VSP) we are “Out Of Network” providers at our Winter Garden location. Please refer to your VSP coverage for “out of network” providers for information on your reimbursement.
• For our patients and customers with Silhouette Eyewear, please refer to their website www.silhouette.com for the nearest retailer in your area. Unfortunately, our Winter Garden location does not service Silhouette Eyewear.
